- TOP ICE 225 to TOP ICE 313
A. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
TOP ICE grades are soft grades of lauric oils with bland and neutral taste and flavour.
B. APPLICATION
TOP ICE 225-313 are excellent as ice cream fat contents as well as ice cream chocolate covertures suitable for dips. Low SMP facilitates the use of low temperature chocolate coatings for ice cream without a high viscosity allowing thin coatings of chocolate around the ice cream. Ice-cream chocolate coatings made with TOP ICE 225 is not brittle and is ideal for thin chocolate covertures.

TOP ICE 313 is a coconut oil based fat. It is bland and odorless with excellent palatability.
B. APPLICATION
TOP ICE 304 is ideal fat for premium quality ice cream as well as for Premium Quality chocolate coverture applications.
