A high quality Butter Milk Powder produced by the concentration of butter milk solids by evaporation and drying.

B. Application 
 
 The Powder can be used in the fortification of yoghurt milks, desert, sauces and gravies. It is ideal for the used in ice cream mixes and is a useful ingredient for the bakery industry.
