A. GENERAL DESCRIPTION

TOP COTE is a Lauric Oil based Chocolate Coating Fat. It is a Hard Butter with excellent keeping qualities. It is bland and odourless with excellent palatability.

B. APPLICATION

  • TOP COTE is an excellent coating fat for Biscuits, Wafers, Nuts, etc.
  • It is an economical Cocoa Butter Substitute (CBS) for moulded chocolates. It can be blended with products of the TOP CHOX series.
  • It is excellent for non-dairy whipping creams.
  • It can also be used in the manufacture of Peanut Butter.
