A. GENERAL DESCRIPTION

TOP FIL is a soft Lauric Oil based fat. It is bland and odorless with excellent palatability.

B. APPLICATION

TOP FIL are ideal for all type of Creaming applications like Biscuits, Wafers among others. Higher melting point TOP FILs can also be used for Chocolate Coatings.
